Ideally clients will agree to some kind of early bird offer – an incentive to book and pay the deposit for their Christmas office party early. We’ll write and design a series of newsletters to be sent to their database in the coming couple of months.

Although predominately a digital restaurant marketing agency, we find that sometimes there’s no substitute for picking up the phone – especially when targeting companies for Christmas office parties. We firstly create a database of target companies then call asking to speak to whoever deals with Christmas office parties. We’ll “sell-in” the restaurant, ask for an email address then send then menus, early bird offers etc. We then follow up a week later.
