Using recipes passed down through generations, along with fresh and authentic ingredients – Nimbu strives to recreate dishes that not only taste delicious but also transport you to India. From homely dhal dishes to rich, warmly spiced curries, Nimbu offers fresh Indian cuisine and great value for money.

Nimbu means lemon in Hindi, the brand colours are green and yellow to symbolise the growth of lemon from green to yellow as it ripens over time, just as the recipes passed down from parent to child developed and grew over time
