Creating a recognisable brand and renowned chain
For years, JRC Global Buffet had been serving up exciting dishes from around the world. After the great success of their first site, they wanted to scale up the business across the UK but recognised how challenging this can be with limited expertise.
We therefore aimed to create a recognizable brand, target local communities and raise awareness to help with the next stage of their growth.
We developed a brand that positioned JRC above other Buffet style concepts by creating high quality, striking social media art, posters and billboards. To emphasise the brand, we ensured all marketing collateral had the same memorable logo, font and slogans.
We also targeted local bloggers through Twitter interactions, monitoring keywords and tweeting the most influential accounts with opening offers. Tube adverts for branches within a certain commute time helped to target local office workers, and coupons were handed out outside the restaurant to gage interest from footfall around shopping districts.
Now, there are 10 restaurants across the UK with plans for further branches.
