Located in the heart of London, in Bloomsbury, Morgan Hotel provides comfort, a warm service, and convenience to both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel was too dependent on OTA’s for their business and with commission charges of up to 30%, our brief was to increase direct bookings to increase their margins.
We designed and built a new website, using a number of digital marketing techniques to drive targeted traffic. The implementation and expert management of PPC, organic as well as social media campaigns resulted in 15% more traffic and 43% more direct bookings.
