Firebrand Pizza is the first restaurant by Captivate’s director, and a great way for us to try out new marketing strategies before rolling them out to our other clients. Our aim was to build a buzz around the launch and create a loyal customer base in the local area.
With plenty of large offices nearby, we initially cold called them all with introductory launch offers to raise awareness and to build our email database, in combination with Facebook advertising and flyering in the local area. We also advertised on billboards in nearby Marylebone station, being viewed by 1000s of commuters every day.
Sales have been so good, we are currently looking for a second site.
