With an increasing amount of restaurants in London, it’s becoming ever-more important to stand out and really make sure the message you want to convey is done so effectively.
After a successful launch, this hip, Israeli all-day dining spot needed to keep the buzz going and increase footfall in their off the beaten track location. They also wanted their fun and vibrant personality reflected online.
We, therefore, reached out to local businesses and concierge managers in London’s top hotels to build relationships and we helped with the strategy for maximising exposure at events such as Taste of London and the Summer Festival in Bankside.
Additionally, our marketing focused on conveying Bala Baya’s brand story - through Bauhaus inspired designs, a beautifully curated Instagram feed, and a slightly cheeky tone of voice. We built lists of top food bloggers and continuously interacted with them on social media, resulting in great engagement rates and media/blogger coverage.
