This hip, Israeli all-day dining spot in Southwark needed help to keep the buzz going after their launch and increase footfall in their off the beaten track location. They also wanted their fun and vibrant personality to be reflected online.
In every aspect of our marketing, the focus was to convey Bala Baya’s brand story - through Bauhaus inspired designs, a beautiful curated Instagram feed, and a slightly cheeky tone of voice. Our first step was to build lists of top bloggers and food profiles and interact with them on social media, keeping a constant conversation going, resulting in great engagement rates and media/blogger coverage.
In addition, we reached out to concierge managers in all of London’s top hotels, as well as local businesses to build relationships and new custom. We also helped with the strategy for maximising exposure at events such as Taste of London and the Summer Festival in Bankside.
